Diploma Verifications- Seniors Only

All seniors are required to turn in their diploma verification forms, along with a copy of their birth certificate, to Mrs. Mossoian by November 1st, 2019. This form is required for graduation and ensures that students have their full, legal name on their diploma. Get yours in soon!

Upcoming College Meetings
Grand Valley State University- November 5th @ 1:30pm
Indiana Tech- November 21st: Time TBD

To sign up for any of these visits, check in with Mrs. Mossoian!

College and Career Readiness Trips

Latino’s Count Conference for Girls- November 6th

Purdue University- November 19th

Pick up a permission form for these special trips in the guidance office! No late permission forms will be accepted.

If you are a current student in need of a copy of your transcript, you can request it for free from Mrs. Mossoian. If you need to send a transcript to any colleges that you are applying to, you will need to do so through Parchment. Clickhere for information on how to set up a Parchment account.

If you are a former student, you can also request your transcripts through Parchment. You can set up the account for free and have your transcript sent to an employer email, a college or institution, or directly to yourself for a small fee. We prefer that former students use Parchment to request transcripts. However, if it important that you receive a hard copy, you may call the guidance office and request to pick up a copy in the Northrop main office. There will be a $1.00 fee per transcript and turnaround time is one business day.

Work Permits

If you are in need of a work permit, you can pick up the intent to employ form in the guidance office to take to your employer. They will fill it out and sign it. You will need to sign it and a parent or guardian will need to sign it. Turn it back into the guidance office with a copy of your birth certificate. Turnaround time will be one business day.
