A Trust Card is a badge that all Towles New Tech (TNT) students are required to wear on a lanyard every day. Trust Cards give students the following privileges with the permission of the facilitator at the beginning of the year:
Each subsequent quarter, students can level up on their Trust Card by following our school norms. Each level up in Trust Cards brings a new privilege earned.
How does my student earn his/her trust card?
All TNT students complete a culture project the first week of school. This project focuses on the norms of trust, respect and responsibility as well as general expectations of our school. Once a student has completed his/her project, he/she will be awarded a Trust Card.
What happens if my child forgets his/her Trust Card?
When a student forgets/is not wearing his/her Trust Card he/she will not be allowed to have the privileges of the Trust Card. Students will be allowed to use the restroom, but they must first ask a facilitator before signing out.
What happens if my child loses or destroys his/her Trust Card?
When a student loses or is not wearing his/her Trust Card he/she will not be allowed to have the privileges of the Trust Card. Students will be able to purchase a new Trust Card from the Tiger store.
What are Tiger Bucks and how does my student earn them?
