The annual Anthis Career Center fruit sale is going on this weekend at the automotive building on the corner of Lafayette and Lewis streets (enter on Lewis Street). Sales are going on until 5 p.m. today (Dec. 14), from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, and from 7:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, as long as there is still fruit available. Proceeds from the sale support career education programs. The fruit comes from California, Texas, Washington and Spain, and is available is a variety of packages.
