GiaQuinta and Peirce will discuss the district's focus on aligning policy and practice from the Board room to the classroom using the Balanced Scorecard and focused leadership. The session will cover how the School Board expanded upon reform efforts in place and developed a new district mission, vision, goals and core values along with a Balanced Scorecard as a district-wide assessment tool.
