Desired Results:

  • An improvement in student achievement, student attendance and graduation rates utilizing the FWCS Pyramid for Success TM as a System of Support for Students
  • Institutionalize the concept of intervention and support, rather than punishment with the new Code of Conduct
  • Utilization of CR-PBIS to create a stimulating and respectful educational environment
  • Strengthen and redefine our collaboration with FWPD within a K-12 structure; this allows for the integration of safety, security and character education

Deliverables:

  • Institutionalized expectations through structures (processes, procedures and forms) for understanding the relationship between the Code of Conduct and student success
  • Structure (processes, procedures and forms) that aligns the concept of the Pyramid for Success TM (Code of Conduct) with the revised SRO program/resources
  • Structure (processes, procedures and forms) that aligns the implementation of the Code of Conduct with the concepts of CR-PBIS
